ClipForge Privacy Notice
This notice describes the categories of information ClipForge uses to operate the service.
Information we process
- Whop account identifiers and access information used to authenticate you.
- ClipForge credit, payment-reference, refund, and usage metadata.
- Videos, audio, URLs, captions, settings, and other material you submit for processing.
- Contact-form information such as your name, email address, subject, support message, and associated Whop user identifier when available.
- If you submit a sponsored placement, advertiser or brand name, destination link, submitted banner artwork, approval status, campaign dates, and basic impression/click counts.
- Technical information needed for security, diagnostics, performance, and error investigation.
- Campaign Builder information such as offer URLs, campaign facts and rules you submit, generated article metadata, duplicate-content fingerprints, Discover publishing consent/version, review status, and public-blog publication metadata when you use those features.
- Owner-configured affiliate opportunity metadata such as approved affiliate links, affiliate-program URLs, commission labels, and Whop Partner referral notes. These owner records are not payment-card information.
- For each processing job, a limited audit record may include your Whop user identifier, job timestamp, project identifier, source type, a public YouTube video identifier or a non-reversible upload-metadata fingerprint, the rights/permission confirmation and Terms version accepted for that job, and selected feature flags such as Face Follow or Multi-Source. ClipForge does not keep the submitted source video or preview file as part of this audit record.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, process videos, provide exports, maintain credits and purchase records, answer support requests, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve ClipForge.
Storage and retention
Account, credit, purchase-reference, support-message, sponsored-placement, Campaign Builder offer/content fingerprints, Discover publishing queue records, public blog metadata, affiliate-opportunity records, and aggregate product-usage records may be stored in Cloudflare D1. Sponsored-placement records can include submitted artwork and campaign metrics needed to operate and review the rotation. Video-processing files are intended to be temporary and may expire or be deleted automatically. Do not rely on ClipForge as your only copy of source or finished media.
Identifying processing-job audit records are designed to expire automatically after 30 days. Aggregate or non-identifying product statistics, such as lifetime clip counts and feature-use totals, may be retained longer. ClipForge may retain information for a different period where required by applicable law, a valid legal request, fraud/security investigation, or another binding obligation.
Service providers
ClipForge relies on infrastructure and services such as Cloudflare and Whop to provide hosting, processing, authentication, payments, and related functions. Selected audio or other media-derived data may be processed through Cloudflare Workers AI when ClipForge needs transcription for captions or clip analysis. Whop handles account access and payment workflows; ClipForge stores payment references and credit records rather than card details. Their handling of information is also subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Your choices
You may stop using ClipForge and contact ClipForge through the in-app contact form or available Whop support channel for privacy or account questions.
